Large solar farms present a unique maintenance challenge. Thousands of panels spread across large areas can mean significant time, labour and equipment are required just to access the array.

Drone Ranger uses specialised drone application technology to softwash and treat solar panels, frames and surrounding areas from the air. Using Bio-Shield treatment, we can target dirt, organic build-up, moss, lichen and other biological contamination across large areas while reducing the need for people and equipment to move between the rows.

A different approach to solar farm maintenance

Traditional cleaning methods can involve people walking between panels, moving hoses and equipment through the array, or using elevated access equipment on difficult-to-reach installations.

Our aerial approach changes the way the job is done.

The drone can cover large sections of an array while operators remain in a controlled position on the ground. This can reduce foot traffic around the installation, minimise the amount of equipment moving through the rows and make difficult areas more accessible.
